This year spring break was kind of a bummer for my kids at first the weather was awful and then I felt like I had so much to do before the baby came. So we dejunked every ones rooms. Luckily by Thursday the sun came out we got together with the Beus kids. Tiff and I were working on some crafts to donate to Lake Shore Days. The kids all played outside all day. Gunnar had caught 10 water snakes and put them in an aquarium in their garage. He also told my kids they could have one to bring home. When we were packing up to go my kids informed me that we needed to get one of the snakes. I was like uh--no I don't do the snakes thing. But my kids were wanting it so bad and then Tiff said come on Steph I get to have some too. I said fine but it stays in the garage. The kids really wanted it in their room but compromised and said we would keep it in the garage if they could have it.
After a day and a half we let it go in the neighbors garden. It made my kids whole spring break weekend just to have had a snake.

That makes me want to throw up. I can't do the snake thing. You're a good mom for putting up with it.
