Valentines' in '09

We were so excited when Brylee brought home the note from school that said they all voted this year and had decided to make Valentine boxes from home. This is something I have fond memories of as a child. So we called in none other than Grandma herself to help with this. Brylee decided that she wanted to make a horse box. She loved painting it while grandma and I helped make the hair and eyes.

Here is the finished horse. She was so proud of it.

Anthony needed one for preschool but I kind of forgot until 10:00 the night before so this is what Jim and I came up with out of a shoe box.

There was lots of excitement this morning while getting ready for school.

We made some cute boxes and little cheesecakes for their teachers to let them know how much we appreciate them.

Reagan was so cute. She saw Brylee painting so she found an old cereal box and asked if she could paint also . I let her have some black paint. Jim and I had to leave for a while and when we got back she had it all wrapped up for her teacher. She told me she had made a Valentine box for her teacher's valentines. I had to help in her class the next day and was very surprised at the finished product. She amazes me!!

I had the opportunity to help at Brylee's class Valentine Party. It was a lot fun.
