The kids had Friday off from shcool and Michelle and her
kids invited us to go to the Zoo. It was a really nice day
the weather was perfect. I think the kids had fun.
But me and Michelle have to ask is the Zoo really that fun
of a place I ask because usually most of the animals are a
sleep or hiding right? And what happened to the great wax
animals we used to get when we were kids? Maybe we have
higher expectations because it seemed neater to us as kids.
If the animals were out they would lay with their backs
to you. ( That is a black Bear incase you couldn't tell)
Yeah for the elephants they were actually out walking.
All the kids loved this big Elephant it would sneeze water
out it's trunk.
We tried numerous shots trying to get all the kids on and
smiling. This is the best I got. Good thing I don't really have
six kids is what you are all thinking right.
Then I tried to make my three cooperate for one. Brylee
decided she was sporting an attitude and Anthony if you
will notice in a lot of his photos he will be saying cheese but
will not look directly at the camera. I have used the question
what color is mommie's camera just so he will look at it but
he is on to me now and that doesn't even work.
He loved the aligators. I thought they got ripped off having
to share that small of a water hole.

What would we do with out strollers they have come a long
way since Brylee was first born. I kept on noticing the double
strollers that were way cool they were skinny and compact.
Hello Mr. Giraffe!
The train ride was worth the Dollar just to sit down for a
minute.
The kids love to play at the park --after we always say to
ourselves we should come here and let them play first then
go see all the animals.
It was funny that Reagan and Anthony wanted their picture
in the turtle shell because they are my 2 slowest kids escpecially
when you need them to hurry.
The thing I enjoyed the most was the butt work out I got
pushing the stroller up all the hills. (I kept thinking this
counts as working out right?) Even though the Zoo at the
time doesn't seem to be all its "CRACKED" up to be there
are lots of memories of having a fun day with your cousins.
Plus the bird show was excellent!

Good to know the zoo was fun. I am always kind of negative about the Hogle Zoo. It looked like you actually got to see a lot of animals. Maybe they have stepped things up a notch since I last went! That pic of Brylee is gorgeous. Looks like it was a fun day!
I don't know why they got rid of the wax animals! That was the best part when I was little! It looks like you have fun. My kids love it , but I think it was better for me when I was a kid.

Looks like your kids had fun! And I agree about the butt workout. Pushing those strollers uphill definately counts as a workout:)
