On December 16th our sweet Brylee turned 12. Her presents had been sitting up on a shelf for over a week. She kept on begging to open them all in the morning before school. We only let her open 2. Reagan gave her a cute necklace and her favorite treat.

She took her besties out to dinner and a movie. Her and Kate.

Then we headed for home for the rest of the gifts. She has been wanting new cleats for a while.
I asked all my family , Jim's family and best friends to write a letter to Brylee for her 12th birthday . ( I have a friend who did this for her kids and I thought it was a great idea.) At first she looked through quickly thinking there was only one from me, Jim and her siblings. As she flipped through them she said you got one from Uncle Ryan and Ashley, Ben and Michelle and even Candice?? She was intrigued at this point .
She kind of hid behind her book as she read all of the encouraging words and memories from everyone who loves her.
and then I saw them she had tears running down her face. I told her lots of people love you Bry never forget it! She was so grateful and I think she will always remember this Birthday. She was so excited to go into Young Womens and worked really hard to have all her 13 articles of Faith passed off to get her Faith in God award. She makes us proud!
