Jim has this wooden box up on his dresser that has a few pocket knives and things in it. Anthony found this necklace (or should we say CHAIN) in it. We got it a long time ago on one of our trips to Mexico. It was one of those deals see how low you can jew down the price then you feel bad and buy it.
Any way one morning we are getting the kids ready for school and Anthony is sporting this chain. I say" um are you wearing that to school " HE says " Yeah Dad said I could" Oh really I immediately go find Jim and ask if he said he could wear it. Jim says to me he really is?? We both try to talk him out of it as he starts to get big tears in his eyes. Jim says well why don't we tuck it down in your shirt because if anyone sees it they are probably gonna want to steal it from you. He agreed and off he went. When he got home the chain was on the outside of his shirt and I asked him did you show anyone the necklace? He had a huge smile on his face and he said " Mom I showed it to people and they never even tried to steal it." I said "SUPER"!
