Christmas 2010

This year our tree was called the "Charlie Brown Tree" definitely not our prettiest tree. We had some friends invite us up Fairview canyon to cut a tree down. We hiked up the mountain and while the men were cutting down the tree's the kids were sledding it was way fun and it was only $10.00 for the permit. It made for fun family memories. Hopefully we get to do it again next year!
Santa was good to us this year. We did ask him to downsize it a bit this time. The kids thought they were going to be sad but never even said a word. Mom and Dad were glad.
We told the kids that we were not going to get up too early this year so that Anthony and Makoy would be happy and just wake up on their own. It kind of worked. We got up at 7:30 vs 5:30. (like last year)
They divided all the presents into their own piles.
Chunky wasn't sure what this was all about , but was happy .
Makoy was excited for her new toys.

Anthony grinned from ear to ear he was so excited by his new D. S. He was sure to correct all of us by saying D.S. i Deluxe (he kept saying delexe it was so cute)
Now while the Reagan plays Liv Dolls or Pet Shops, Anthony is going to play Super Mario.
Brylee got her own blow dryer, a straightener, ipod doc, clothes, & a manikin head to practice on.

Then it was on to the stockings.
Reagan got the moped scooter she wanted.
Both girls got a Manikin head. Aimee scored these for free and they were one of the best presents. They played with them all day. I am so glad because they always want to practice curling hair. I never would let them on me ( I didn't want them to burn my hair) Who cares on these manikin heads. Brylee got pretty good at curling by the end of the day.
The next best gift that was also inexpensive was the balloon pump , bag of balloons , and balloonology book.

We had to make sure Makoy didn't get around any of the balloons. I loved that the kids had to be creative and that they played together. It was a great Christmas!
